System Settings: Employees
- Employee Portal - This setting will cause a punch from an employee portal to use their server time if the punch is beyond the set amount of seconds.
- Timecard - This setting can restrict department transfers by employee allowed departments.
- Lockouts - This setting will enable lockouts for OFF shifts, preventing an employee from punching in on a day designated as OFF. Please Note: This is only applicable for the PC600, PC700, CT70, CT72 and CT74.
- Time Off Requests
- Allow Negative Balance - This setting will determine if an employee can make a time off request that will result in a negative balance.
- Amount Of Days Advanced Notice Required - This setting determines how many days before the requested date a time off request must be made.
- Non-Work Default Pay Code - This setting will determine what non-work pay code a request will default to.
- Email Notification - This setting will determine whether email notifications will be sent to the requesting employee and the approving supervisor when a request is made and when the statusApproved, Denied, or Canceled of the request changes.
